Almost 10 years ago, I decided I wanted to make jerky with the best ingredients with bold and delicious flavors. I never had any intention to sell it, I just wanted something I enjoyed. After months of trial and error, I came up with jerky I love. Tender, flavorful bites that satisfy all the senses. As word of mouth spread of what I was making, family and friends started asking for batches and talked me into selling to the public. I have since sold my jerky from coast to coast and people enjoying what I make couldn't make me happier. This is what I am meant to do!
